Collecting Child Support From My Sons Father

My sons father was sent to prison for 11 years for making meth after his was sent to prison family law master judge mark synder suspended his child support until he was released from prison and gave my sons grandmother visitation's on the first,second,and fourth weekends every month and two weeks in the summer but i get no child support from anyone why?
