Child Support Problem

I had a new jersey child support order in 10/07/08. The judge order me $85.00 a week & $5.00 a week toward rears, cause she added 850 to the arrears. I'm only make 12 dollar a hour, another child support order for 110 a week, and The Judge also order for a continuous until i get a dna for my other child that live with me.

I also told them I'm married to the plaintiff, and we going have a divorce soon. They still gave me support as a married person. They put on the order I'm grossing 540. She told me to bring all the document to our next modification case. the case worker told me i have to wait for two years before getting a modification. So my payment is 200 a week. I make 480 a week not including taxes & my medical benefit.

I also have other children i suppose to help but i know i need a dna. So i'm struggling thru the time. My job can only pay 50% of the payment cause already paying more than the percent amount to pay. I had to cancel my health insurance cause i couldn't even pay bill or take care my son.
then two years pass i ask for more time cause it taking the non custodial parent taking a long time to take the dna test, cause i did mine soon they told me to go.

So i told new jersey my job is closing, and my unemployment going to start. my unemployment payment is 368 & i only going get 166 a week. Then i told them I'm going to Georgia for a visit to see my daughter moving to Louisiana in 5 month. I went to Georgia for my visit for 4 to 5 month. I got my divorce paper, and visit my daughter. A week later the plaintiff told me she leaving Louisiana in a month. now I'm only making 166 a week.

In 3 month later. plaintiff told me she closing the child support case in new jersey. she told me i can start paying her. i told her they still taking payment out my check. I told her i call & see. I call my case worker in new jersey. He told me the case is close & i can start paying her. Then he gave me her child support agent to confirm. I call the Georgia agent, and he told me the same thing.

Then 3 day later my payment was sent back to me. so we work out a deal of 60 a week. I started paying her. Then in 3 week later she told me she starting a la child support case in la for assistance. I told her make sure u give them the right address.

The plaintiff gave me the number. So i call the la child support & told me the case is processing, and i should get a court date soon. I'm waiting for the court date, then i call again they say u have to have the address to get info. I call the plaintiff back & ask her to change my address, cause they saying i have the wrong address.

I found a job so i was thinking to stay in Georgia. all i had to do is transfer my license. I went to dmv & they told me my license is suspend cause of child support. then they gave me the number to call. I call the ga child support they told me my child support is $7000 dollar in arrears, and I suppose to pay 85 a week again. They told me i was serve in November.

I thought i suppose to have a new court hearing. Nothing is the same as the other hearing. Why i wasn't sent a letter of this transfer u talking about. She told me to go to your local office to talk about the problem. I went to the office. They saying the same thing. I told them i suppose to have a new hearing. She said no. if u want your driver license or court hearing we have to serve u to go to court. Just sign this court appearing order.

Then the other agent gave me a modification paper. I sign the paper & schedule a appointment with my probation agent. I went to the appointment she refuse to see me. I left the modification paper, and left. Then i receive a letter i have to wait 38 month extra before i get a modification. I went to the court date they told me they need more info about my arrears court is for another date.

We will send u a paper to come back to court. my agent call me, and i told her my problem. she just laugh, and said u have to pay your payment it nothing u can do. She told me u have a court date soon & u should have a letter about the date. Then time pass & they already had a court date with out sending no paper informing me about the date.

U SHOULD ALREADY KNOW I DIDNT RECEIVE THE COURT PAPER UNTIL AFTER THE 30 DAY UP FOR MY APPEAL. THE COURTS OR THE CHILD SUPPORT AGENT DIDNT SEND ME A COURT DATE LETTER. SO U KNOW IM ALL MESS UP, AND NOBODY TO HELP ME. SO I HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH MY AGENT FOR I WONT GET LOCK UP.

I HAVE A SON LIVING WITH ME, AND MY RIGHTS IS OUT THE WINDOW. SO I WENT TO THE OFFICE SHE HAD ME SIGN A NEW MODIFICATION & A PROMISE TO PAY 95 A WEEK. TO GET MY LICENSE. I DID IT CAUSE IM ON UNEMPLOYMENT & I NEED TO FIND A JOB BEFORE MY UNEMPLOYMENT RUN OUT. next DAY I GET A LETTER FROM DMV THAT MY LICENSE SUSPENDED AGAIN. I'M NOT PAYING A 35 DOLLAR AGAIN. SO I NEVER REINSTATE MY LICENSE. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME CAUSE IM GOING TO JAIL AGAIN.
