Child Support Order Arrears Waived In Oregon And Washington

Me and my ex wife have been divorced for a while, and I have been out of work for a while and have had another child in the mean time. I was wondering, if my child support order that was started in Washington and is now in Oregon she wants to waive the child arrears and start fresh. She has never been on state assistance or anything so I was wondering how we would go about this? Thanks
