Child support for child with disabilities

by Lauri
(akron ohio)

I have a child with disabilities and my divorce papers state father must continue to pay child support and spousal support the rest of our lives. When my son turns 18 do I need to do anything to re-enforce this judgment. The divorce papers state no Ohio judge can modify the judgment.

Hello Lauri,

It appears that you won't need to do anything further, as your order seems to be Chrystal clear. Is you ex fully aware of this order from the judge.
