Child Support Expert Pay Wheeling West Virginia

I live in West Virginia the court order is out of Maryland and My child lives in Texas. I have recently transferred everything from Maryland. I just received my first payroll deduction and it is $25.00 more than it should be. I asked my employer and they said that "Expert Pay" charged them that. $50.00 a month seems to be an excessive amount. I make minimum wage ($7.25/hour) is there a mistake? Is there an alternative? I can write the check myself for under $1.00 and pay on my excessive arrears! Any help would be appreciated.
