This website was started because of the overwhelming popularity regarding the issues surrounding the child support system. We noticed that it was a hot and steamy topic everywhere we would go. Somebody was always talking and complaining about getting help. We won’t mention any names, but one of our male team members has been complaining for ten years about the system. Even though he complains at the end of the day, he pays his support and his children are taken care of.

He is also the driving force behind CSA, so we are thankful for that. As we’ve mentioned before Child support America is a neutral party. We don’t take sides. We support the person who pays child support as well as the person who receives. To be truthful sometimes it can be hard to support both sides, because everyone does not do the right thing. Nevertheless we always try to give the benefit of the doubt and not judge

Also you won’t find "mug shots of dead beat dads and moms" on our site. There are plenty of other websites for that. Yes we believe that any person with an order should pay their monthly obligation. We just don’t discredit or demean anyone on our site. The atmosphere here is positive and we will always provide good information for anyone needing the right child support enforcement help.
