Child Support Arrears Paid Off

I got laid off my job about seven months ago. My baby's father lives in Texas. We stay in Georgia. I have two children with baby's father. My son is 21, daughter is 20; but she is in school. Do he still have to pay current child support; even though he has paid his arrears off. And do i still receive his income tax or any money from him now?

No your support is done unless a court order states differently. If his arrears are paid then he owes you nothing. At the age of 18 a child is emancipated. Why do you feel child support payments will continue?
