Child Support Arrears Owed For July 1st 2009

Effective July 1-09 court order child support $790 month arrears of $2370 were also due on July 1 (orig court date was June 24 09 father agreed to arrears due on July 1--in my bank on July 1 was $790--then Aug 1 $1000 ($790 plus $210 arrears) On August 17 received a summons parent had lost his job/medical benefits effective Aug 12 we have a court date 12-16-9--can I file a write of execution --wage assignment along with 6% interest to upcoming future employment along with his severance package and will be had for back child support when the December court date comes up.
