Child over 18 in michigan quit school.

by nadrojeel
(Michigan)

I have a child that quit high school in December of 2009. I position the court to stop child support on December 29th 2009 and was told that she enrolled in January 14th.
Well the support continued. In May 2010 my daughter quit school again and I am still made to pay child support.

In September of 2010 she returns in school and has no potential to graduate before she is 19 1/2 years old and I still am paying child support. What is the law in Michigan and how can this be legal. What is a law that I can look into stop paying and seek compensation for overpayment by this law?
