Can My Childrens Mother Send Me To Jail

I have been ordered to pay child support in 2008 and the beginning of 2009 I had some employment issues. I got behind on my support by about 10,000 dollars.I am paying an extra 25 dollars a week and they take my tax returns. I have filed for visitation of my children and she is now telling them that when we go to court she is going to send me to jail for back support. Can she send me to jail?

No only a judge can order you to jail. If you are currently paying you shouldn't worry. Are you current with your payments?
