Can Custodial Parent Get Child Support Increase

by Mose
(Huntington, WV)

The mother of my three children from previous relationship is mad due to where she needed extra money besides the child support she already gets and I didn't have it to give to her. I am married now with two kids. She torments my wife by saying that we are living better than her and we can afford to give her money when she needs it. I have informed her that I just make enough for my family to survive on. She in return got mad and told me she is taking me back to court for child support increase. What I am asking can my child support that I already pay can it be increased even though nothing has change with my income and with me being married with two kids to provide for?
