Can Back Support Owed Be Waived In Kansas

my childs father owes in back support. In my opinion he has given out child more than what is owed by being in his life. i understand that he may still owe the state of Kansas but it is possible to waive what is owed to me?

Yes you can waive what is owed to you. He will still owe the state if you were on any assistance. Contact your caseworker and see how the amount may be waived for you.
