Bills for child support that should be stopped

Hi my name is Brian I am still getting monthly bills for child support That was suppose to have been stopped in 2006 My Son Hasnt lived with His mother since a couple months after he was born he lives with his guardian Which went to court and got full guardianship of him and in the court papers it states that no parties are to pay support But for some reason I'm still getting bills And it has his mothers name on it So to my knowledge she is still getting helped by the state which she gave her aunt guardianship of my son Please help me sort this out I would greatly appreciate it thank you for your time
