We went to court and the judge order him to pay 140.00 a week which is 560.00 a month 7.00 of that every month is for back child support what I want to know is will they hold his taxes and give me some of that for what he owes in back child support because last year they did not.he lives in tn. and me i am in ms. and he owes like 8.000
