My ex-wife and I adopted my nephew and now he is 17 years old and has finished school, what is the age limit to stop paying if he don't attend another school in Al.

Hello and thanks for your questions. The normal age is 18 or when a child graduates high school. Unless a court order states that support will be paid through college.
