After Age Of 19 Does Child Support Stop

Is a non-custodial parent still required to pay child support after the age of 19, if the child decides to go to college? Also, this child is disabled and the mother of this child has more than likely made sure that he would be getting some type of grant due to his disability. The mother is asking the father to continue paying child support while the child attends college. The father knows that he has to pay support until the child turns 19.
